Bottle from CoOp Bellingham, WA
Amber color with medium sized compact head. It has a moderate aroma of malt, unmalted cereals, light aroma of earthy hops, very light chamomile. The mouthfeel is quite smooth; the caramel and cereals profile is not bad but rather simple; the residual sweetness is very low, and luckily there seem not to be traces of crystal malt; the hopping, though not impressive, has some nice traits of citrus fruits and chamomile; correct bitterness level, overall balanced.
In the beginning it seemed boring, then some more interesting side appeared.
