Draft 12 oz pour at the Collective in Woodinville. Pours a bright golden color with a splashed foam head and lacing. Put sour peach in a beer deScription, I’m gonna order it, and likely love it. Put it in an IPA, and I am surprised. Damn does it work here. A bit of an overripe fruit aroma, but still pleasant. Flavor is a perfect amount of tartness to properly blend with an IPA. Juice character of the IPA, mixed with the juice character of the sour. Sour fruit and light hops in the finish. Late watermelon palate that lingers. I love peach beers, and everything else this beer stands for. So good. Fantastic beer here.
