Mixed Fermentation Sour
Fermented in Medoc barrells

Round Pasture is named after a local farm field and is a bright fresh sour with a gentle spritz on the tongue. This beer was fermented in Medoc barrells for 2 years and finished off with a small dry hop of Ella and Enigma. Flavours of elderflower, notes of peach skin and sherbet are in the forefront with a subtle aftertaste of barnyard funk.

Fermented in Medoc barrells with Brettanomyces, Lambicus, Clausseni and Trois.

CBJ Bottleshare. Thanks to me. Hazy and slightly pale gold beer, very short lived white head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Tart lemon stone fruits offset by a lighter sweeter winey vibe. Mild skunk underneath. Dry finish brings a mild acetic bite. Nice for the style, but couldn't drink a pint!
