Náhodou jsme vám uvařili pivo, jakých se nám v zimních měsících nejvíce nedostává: lehký ejl, který se dá pít po půllitrech, a strávit u něj dlouhý zimní večer s přáteli. Během vaření Liquid Lucku jsme zjistili, že máme příliš hrubě našrotovaný slad, a že z toho jedenáctka prostě nebude. Operativně jsme upravili profil vody, změnili chmelení, a svěží citrusová Session IPA s Motuekou a Mosaicem je na světě. Tohle je náš protest, že pro lehká piva jsou vyhrazeny pouze letní měsíce.

By chance, we brewed a beer for you that we miss the most during the winter months: a pale ale that can be enjoyed by the pint and savoured during a long winter evening with friends. While brewing Liquid Luck, we discovered that our malt was milled too coarsely, meaning it simply wouldn’t turn out as an 11° beer. We quickly adjusted the water profile, changed the hopping, and voilà—a refreshing citrusy Session IPA with Motueka and Mosaic was born. This is our protest against the idea that light beers are reserved only for the summer months.

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7

Draught (Sibeeria Tap Room, Prague) - Hazy golden. Resinous aroma with notes of grapefruit, orange and mango. Lemon meringue, orange, passion fruit and papaya in the taste. Slightly, and unsurprisingly thin, but it is very enjoyable.
