Cask handpull at Simple Simons, Canterbury. Copper/amber with lasting beige head. Bit choccy on the malts, quite earthy hop becomes quite sharp on the finish. Good hop malt balance. The sweetish malts really help to balance the increasingly stinging hop. A new Hopdaemon beer? and a bit of a winner too. Lots of flavour for a 3.8% beer.
