Cask gravity at Pigs Ear BF 07. Pale gold, thin white head. Certainly hoppy, but its a little sweaty sox. Grassy. Good carbonation. Nice drinkable grassy hoppy beer. Decent bite. Fine.

Thin coarse white head. Yellow body. Floral tropical fruit aroma with notes of peas. Sweetish floral tropical fruit hop taste, delicate and clear. Soft, clean mouthfeel. Dry peas and tropical fruit aftertaste. Very nice and hoppy! (0.5pt cask at the Wenlock Arms.)

Gravity at the Pig’s Ear Beer festival 4/12/207. Another hoppy golden ale from Crouch Vale. Plenty of citrus aroma with a touch of sweetness. Easy drinking with grapefruit flavours and a long, dry finish. Enjoyable.
