Cask handpull at The Prince of Wales, Herne Bay. Gold colour with lasting off white head which is bubbly. Slight hop aroma. OK in mouth. Some biting citrus hop. Some astringency on end. Yeah, it’s pretty hoppy for a Sheps beer. Fine. Still a bit sweet. But hop on end is good. Decent intense flavours. I think this was another of their news brews tested out on their new micro kit.
