Barrel at GBBF 2007. A golden cider with no head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of apples with a weak underlying note of acidity. The flavor is dominated by apples on a weak acidic background, leading to a dry woody finish.

From barrel at GBBF 2007. Some nail polish and apple on aroma. More thin in mouth, some apple flesh, bit of wood smoke. Some rubber and nail varnish on finish.
