Cask gravity at Red Lion, Snargate. Very deep amber/chestnut colour with lasting beige head. Nutty, mature cheddar, toasty malt aroma. Cheddar’s quite strong especially on the end. Dryish hop on end too. Odd, but likeable, even the cheese.
