Bottled. A light pinkish perry with no head. The aroma is sweet with notes of pears and wood as well as hints of apples. The flavor is acidic with light notes of pears and wood, leading to a dry finish.

Handpull at The Wenlock Arms, London. Cloudy pale green colour. F*** me, it’s green!!!! No head. Pear, sharp perry aroma. Some really nice pear juice, but it is sharp. Really good juicyness though. Drying finish. I rather like it. After bitters all evening, it’s a real palate cleanser. Love the fruit. In your face fruity perry, bit of perry vinegar, bit of puckering of the cheeks.
