Bottle shared at 5K/10K/4K. Pours dark caramel. No head. Nose and taste of thick caramel, dark fruit, oak and wine barrel. A bit oaky in the finish. Medium body.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium to dark red amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy red wine, grape, wood, alcohol. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, wood, red wine, alcohol. Very nice balanced ;O). Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20121217]

Bottle shared at Ma Che, Roma, 09/02/13, thanks to Manuele. Hazed dark chestnut brown with a good sized frothy off white head. Nose carries soured dark fruit notes, light yeast, spice, toffee. Taste follows with a warming alcohol taste. Medium bodied (full end of) with moderate carbonation leading to a dry finish. Decent.
