A Texas brewery. All Texas raters so far, cool by me. 12 oz can given to me for my birthday, always appreciated. Blonde ales, never really bad, certainly never great, I have my appreciation. I have out a Belgian snifter out for a previous tasting, why not? I see an appropriate, opaque, yellow liquid with a pure white, think skim of totally white, small bubbles. The smell is sweet corn in abundance, little to it than that. The taste is basic, grain, a little maltiness and water. Simple as advertised and not more than that. A great summer beer if only it was then.
