Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 30/01/25.
Almost clear orange amber topped with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is bitter orange, grass, herb, straw, raw pineapple, hop spice.
Taste comprises bitter tropical fruits, pine needle, raw citric flesh, grass, herb, lychee, hop spice.
Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with earthy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Okay TIPA and the good news is that it doesn't run sweet, however it's just a touch harsh and disjointed in places.

Panda thanks to Wingers. Near clear burnished gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, a mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth pale malts, sweet but none of your modern hop beer creamy sweetness thank you very much! Soft and light pine into a decent juicy ripe citrus - citrus peel affair from 3 classic West Coast IPA hops. A little floral citrus. Smooth finish. Eschews the caramel stodge of old skool West Coast and retains a lot of the old skool hop style. Yeah, unremarkable but tasty and quaffable.
