US STYLE PALE ALE
Our distinctive American pale ale is full of big hop character but without the strong bitterness. Carefully selected American hops are added continuously during the boil and also during conditioning (dry hopping) to give a really fresh aromatic boost.
This beer is mainly about hops but we have given it a malt backbone to balance the beautiful tropical fruit aromas.

Pale blond with light haze. Aroma and flavour have some citrusy hops. Clean, fresh and easy to drink.

Tried in bottle from Real Ale Store, Newark. Hazy rich golden colour with a thick white head. aroma citrus, tropical, and peach. Taste medium bitter. Slight oily. Nice.

Bouteille 50cl, de et partagée avec Pierre et Thomas. BB 31.05.2017. Batch # 1829. Couleur orange, col blanc crémeux léger. Arôme au nez fruité tropical et agrumes assez plaisant. Rétro malté contre-balance le tout apportant des effluve smalts plus en avant, centrées sur le malt pâle. Palais est fruité assez US dans l’approche, léger tropical, avec des notes agrumes rappelant le Cascade et autres houblons C. Caramel et caractère grains restent plus en avant. Très léger, se boit facilement tout en gardant une inspiration anglaise niveau levure, malgré ce côté américain dans l’usage des houblons.

Cask at the Brighton Beer Dispensary. Pours orange with white head. Nice lacing. Citrus, ripe fruit, caramel malts, biscuit. Sweetish with bitter finish.

Fra fat på Piccadilly Tap 15 Feb 16. Delt med Rune. Aprikosfarget. Lavt tett stabilt skum. Kompakt teppelacing. God fruktaroma. Mest fersken. Smaken grapefrukt. Bra - men lite variasjon.

Slightly hazy golden color, small steady white head, some lace. Pineapple, citrus, overriped fruits in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Pineapple, citrus, orange peel in the fruity but also a bit dry flavor. LIght lingering bitterness. Pleasant.

Amber honey gold in colour with small white head. Floral and fruity with a nice orange citrus aroma. Good body, malty sweetness, some lacing, and a nice dry citrus bitter finish.

Cask at GBBF 2015. Orange-golden,mbubbly head. Hazy. Orange,mpeach, biscuit nose, Amarillo? Very hoppy, citrus, orange, peaches, grass, pine, earth. Bready malts. Well done.
