Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 10 | Overall - 7.5
[Cask at the Bell, Waltham St Lawrence.] A beautiful deep tawny coloured pour with a thin oatmeal head; rich vinous aroma, seeming much stronger than 5%; smooth in the mouth with a sweet Demerara sugar taste, then oaked red wine; leading to a dry tannin finish with traces of chocolate. Superb.
