This beer was a beast to make for us, involving 1400 pounds of grain, two full mashed, an extended boil time and several weeks of conditioning. Notes of vanilla caramel blend nicely with the flavors created by the Belgian yeast, but finished dry with a touch of heat from the high alcohol content peeking through at the end. It's a dangerously smooth beer.

Tap beer from notes some time past . Dark brown pour followed by a light tan head. The drink was sweet enough, not bad, malt, plums, vanilla and baked bread. Potent brew.
