Going back to our roots on this one, this west coast IPA has a big hop bouquet ranging from citrusy grapefruit to piney and resinous aromatics. The flavors follow through with a great balance of lightly toasted bready characters and a firm but delightful bitterness. Using some old school hops like Simcoe, Cascade and Centennial, this beer truly embodies the style. it finishes nice and crisp, leaving you wanting more.

12oz can picked up at TW.
Pours clear golden with a big off-white head, lots of sticky lacing. Grapefruit, pine resin, bitter.
Old school bitter, pine IPA. I like it!
