Going back to our roots on this one, this west coast IPA has a big hop bouquet ranging from citrusy grapefruit to piney and resinous aromatics. The flavors follow through with a great balance of lightly toasted bready characters and a firm but delightful bitterness. Using some old school hops like Simcoe, Cascade and Centennial, this beer truly embodies the style. it finishes nice and crisp, leaving you wanting more.

Pine mostly. A touch of tangerine peel. Dark copper with decent head. Bitter end. Not tons of flavour. Can.

Draft sampler at the 2022 Rocky Water Brew Fest. Pours a clear light gold color with a white head. Strong hops aroma. Very strong bitter IPA taste. No thank you.
