Clear dark DARK brown colour, off-white head. Aroma of liquorice, raisins, brown sugar, orange zest. Sweet flavour, malts, caramel and zest. Finish brown sugar and raisins. Nice!!

scura schiuma beige media buona persistenza leggera speziatura cioccolato amaro discreta secchezza leggero erbaceo quasi piccante lieve nota solvente buon amaro finale

Draught @ [ Birre Sotte L’Albero 2012 ]@ Open Baladin Roma, Via degli Specchi 6, Roma, Italy 00186.ABV: 9.5%. Clear dark brown colour with a average to large, creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, chocolate, licorice, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121216]

30/12/2011 750ml bottle. Ambrata intensa, limpidissima, con riflessi tra il rame e il rubino, schiuma bianco sporca, morbida, non molto persistente. Al naso sentori dolciastri di frutta matura, leggero caramello, nota di alcol e spezie. In bocca è dolciastra, leggermente speziata, con finale pulito e retrogusto erbaceo, ha corpo medio-basso e carbonazione soft. Non la migliore tra le birre di Buskers, ma resta comunque molto gradevole e originale nella sua concezione.
