This fun beer, brewed in collaboration with Ghost Roaster, a tiny roasting operation out of New Westminster, features a late addition of cold brewed Brazilian Dattera full bloom tree dried natural coffee. Tree drying is a process unique to the Cerrado region where the coffee is left on the tree to dry. Notes of caramel and hazelnuts lend themselves nicely to this light mocha brown ale.
