This fun beer, brewed in collaboration with Ghost Roaster, a tiny roasting operation out of New Westminster, features a late addition of cold brewed Brazilian Dattera full bloom tree dried natural coffee. Tree drying is a process unique to the Cerrado region where the coffee is left on the tree to dry. Notes of caramel and hazelnuts lend themselves nicely to this light mocha brown ale. A smooth supper to get you through your day.

473 ml can. Pours a dark brown with full fizzy head. Aromas bready toasted malts and subtle coffee. Flavors of earthy/fruity coffee and sweet toasted malts. Nice.
