Okay, okay… what’s a hybrid ipa? A hybrid ipa is what we decided to call a beer brewed with “cold ipa” techniques and a house yeast strain to avoid the inevitable outrage of the style police. Hopped cold with Sabro and Citra and brewed light with rice and corn, we let this beer condition much longer than usual for and ultra crisp, dry, hop forward ipa.
