When it comes to a beer traditionally brewed for mine-workers in France & Belgium, refreshment is key. This Blonde Grisette is brewed with Wheat and a mix of European and Northwest Hops. Fermented out dry using a complex but fruity farmhouse yeast.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a golden/hay color with light head. Light aromas of lemon wax and toasted malts. Flavors of soft grainy malts, more lemon wax, and a bit of dry cardboard.
