Bottle - Light sweet hops and sweet dark malts. Clearish red brown with a rich beige head. Light peppery notes, spicy hops and and a long light bitterness. Finishes dry and is pretty decent.

Pours copper with a large mousse-like head.Nose shows toasty and nutty malt along with some caramel followed by some resinous hops and apple notes.Less malt-focussed flavours although there’s still some toasty notes. More emphasis on the piny, spicy and earthy hops. Very aggressive bitterness in the finish.Carbonation is over the top.

Medium body with a creamy texture. Finishes dry and bitter with toasted malts, citrus fruits and caramel malts. Lovely Amber.

Bottle 500ml (AbM)
Dark amber-copper color, good creamy beige head, good lacing. Caramalt and fruity hoppyness in the nose. Medium-bodied. Front has some caramelt, then nice piney hoppyness with hints of citrus. Decent backing malts. Ok beer for this style and certainly very little British in this one.

500ml bottle - thanks jeevan! Pours dark red-brown, thin off-white head. Big fruit and hop aromas, lots of pine and red berries. Taste has a big piney bitterness too. Clean finish. Little thin for the strength, but good.

Bottle, at Nærbø Ølfestival 2013. A clear, amber colored beer with a greenish touch. A dense, off-white head of finger-thick size on top. Hoppy nose with citrus peel and some pale malts. The flavor has some citrus peel, as well as bitterness and pale malts. Dry on the palate, with a nice carbonation. Pleasant citrusy and bitter finish. A quite nice one, but nothing extraordinary going on. 131019
