Grimoire, a Belgian ale, inspired by German Christmas bread, is a velvety sipper blending fruit, almonds, and spices for maximum Kris Kringle-factor. Conditioned with grapefruit peel, mandarin zest, cranberries, figs, raisins, almonds, vanilla, and touch of cardamom. A festive delight crafted for your Yuletide enjoyment.

473 ml can. Pours a reddish brown with moderate foamy head. Aromas of citrus, fruit candies, raisin bread, Christmas cake and toasted malts. Flavors of bitter burnt citrus, booze, Christmas spice and toasted malts. Expecting more from the aroma; flavors are at odds. Not a Belgian base IMHO; more a brown ale with spice.
