Inspired by Sticky Toffee Pudding, this rich and sweet, stoat, recreates the dessert using specialty malts for date and toffee-like flavours. Beet, date, and cane sugar, caramelized in-house, along with Ugandan vanilla, contributes to its dark fruit notes and a vanilla ice-cream finish. Textured and effervescent body, resembling a liquid sponge cake. Vegan and lactose-free, distinguishing it from many other pastry stouts.

473 ml can. Pours a dark brown with fizzy head that disappears quickly. Aromas of brown and candi sugars, raisins, a little copper and toasted malts. Flavors of same. Not getting “toffee” though there are caramelized sugars. Sweet and a bit metallic.
