Bottiglia. Al naso arrivano sentori di orzo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è poco incisivo. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul palato si fermano impressioni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso e agrumi.

Draft at BeerAttraction 2018, in Rimini, Italy. Pours hazy gold with white gross foam. Aroma is floral and light caramel and toffee. Body is average, maybe with excessive carbonation. Taste is an interesting mix of sweet and bitter. Finish is quite persistent.

Bottle from Inoteca Regionale, Alberobello Trulli district. Very hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light and pretty dry, decent carbonation. Light dry malts, dry creamy sweetness. A little floral bitterness. Dry pithy citric hop. Floralness turns sweeter on the dry finish. A little dry but hangs together well enough. Mild bitter linger.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, light sour fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
