For our 10th anniversary, we have aged a Golden Belgian Ale on Damson Plums with a blend of three Brett’s. Aging in rye whiskey barrels brings a depth of oak, tannins, and a warm breath of alcohol.

375 ml bottle. Pours a brownish garnet colour with a couple of bubbles. Aromas of Brett, earthy cherries, plums and wheaty malts. Flavors follow same with green oak and licorice. Warm finish. Nice though quite restrained.
