Clear dark brown colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, toffee, light coffee. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, toffee, dark malt, chocolate, oak - wood, tart notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat to soft. Pours dark brown with a small offwhite head. Aroma of malt, toffee, caramel, oak, light sourness. Flavor of malt, caramel, notes of chocolate, oak, spice and a light sourness. Medium body, average carbonation. 281112
