Corked Bomber from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours hazy gold with a few bubbles for head. Aroma is slightly tart apple. Arguably med body. It's tart/dry. Tart stands in for bitter. Green apple skin is most of the flavor. Tart/dry cider with some skin is good cider.

Hazy gold. Tart earthy notes, barnyard. Some smoke in the back. Very dry finish. Enjoyable.

Bottle from Hipercor. Hazy golden coloured, some bubbles. Nose is phenoles, cheese, acetic acid, apple. Flavour is apple, slight acidic, dry, fruity, slightly watery. Aroma is better than the flavour.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small fast disappearing white head. Has a fruity spicy apple aroma. Fruity slightly tart spicy apple flavor. Has a fruity spicy tart apple finish.

Bottle 700ml.Unclear light to medium grey yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, leather, apple skin, funky. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long duration, apples, dry, apple skin, funky. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20130315]
