Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a a clear light amber gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is pine forward with blood orange and a bit of bread backing. Flavor has bitter pine up front with a bit of blood orange and light bread in the finish.

Bright and fairly clear with some haze deep copper and bronze coloured body with a very thin, single centimetre tall just off-white head on top. Aroma of very bitter oranges, a light bit of caster sugar, but a ton of malt as well and some earthiness, but the bittered oranges and grapefruit rind are definitely here in the nose. Medium-bodied; Very strong bitter orange and citrus flavours show at first with a punch from floral and grassy notes but the malt supports all the acids and bitterness here nicely. Aftertaste is quite pungent with the oranges and grassiness finishing off nicely, a light dose of bitter hops from the alpha acids, but a crisp hop bite and some dryness at the end that is from the citrus peels. Overall, a very nice and very bitter beer that's mostly from the citrus, but of course from the hops as well, with a big enough malt backbone to support it all, and hardly any sugars that come through, which is okay for the style. I sampled this this twenty ounce pour on draught at the Garage Food Hall in [northeast] Indiana polis, Indiana on 10-August-2021 while eating lunch with my family for US$7,00 from the Harbour restaurant.

Pours lightly hazy orange and smells of oranges and piney hops. It tastes of oranges, piney hops, and caramel malt with fairly high bitterness. This is an excellent ipa.
