Near black pour with a one finger tan head. The aroma is of resinous hops and roast malt. The flavor has big, resinous, bitter hops, roast malt, and chocolate leading into a long, bitter hops finish. It’s intense and really good.

16 oz. Beer #5, second day of Extreme Beer Fest in Cyberspace. Aroma has notes of pine, grapefruit, cat piss, light roast. Pours very dark brown to black with a one finger beige head with decent retention. Taste starts out with a very light bitterness, but it builds on the palate after multiple sips; fairly sweet finishing dry. Lightly roasty, but that also builds on the palate. Not bad for a black IPA.
