An American Pale Ale with a real mouthful of fruity Amarillo, Centennial and Chinnok hops, a subtle lingering bitter finish, and a superb gold/amber colour.

Cask at the "Southern Ale Adventure" Beer Festival at the Prince of Wales, Farnborough. A bright amber pour with a loose white head; elderflower aroma; fresh hoppy taste with a light lemony citrus bite; then some chewy malts and green hops to finish. An elegant and refined bitter.
