Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration, yeast, fruity, sweet yeast, bubble gum - mint. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20130112]

Bottle @ Berliner Weisse Takeover Ulfborg, 2013. Day 2. Pours muddy orange with a creamy white head and lacings. Yeast, banana, esters and yeast. Quite phenolic.
