Pours lightly hazy gold with slight haze. It smells of musty apples. The flavor is dry with smooth apple flavor, lightly floral. Alright.

Bittersweet, sharper, obvious Dabinett, not enough Baldwin. Thinner texture, more iron-y. A little dusty on the end. Lingering minerally note. Still intentionally flat. Great acid, low tart. Better. Bottle from their cider club. Goblet @home. Slightly dusty, not quite hazy pour. Bittersweet apple, banana, salt, Bittersweet, creamy, doughy, minerally, floral, so damn yeasty. Disappointed, because I usually love both these apples. I'm tired of whatever this is. Okay. Tough in a 750.
