Originally brewed at GnomeTown with Adam Wolford after his homebrew version of this recipe took Best in Show at the 2022 Dekegger Homebrew Competition. We brewed another batch of this German-style Pilsner as we get ready for Dekegger 2023!

Pours clear gold with a small white head. There’s a grainy malt aroma with a little grassy hops. The flavor has mild crisp hops and grainy, biscuity malt. Well balanced.
