Cask (gravity) @ The 18th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2012, Reading, Berkshire England.Clear medium orange amber colour with a small, fizzy to frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, sweet nutty - honey, apple notes, sewer notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, malt extract, honey notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120504]

Cask@Reading Beer Festival 2012. Amber colour, not too much head. Aroma is wood, mild spruce, some herbal notes as well as mild floral notes. Flavour is spruce, wood, some floral notes as well as a quite herbal and earthy finish.
