Bottle 50cl. @ home.Hazy medium dark amber color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, wheat, light to moderate dry dry hops, moderate yeasty, banana notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery - cremay, carbonation is soft. Very easy to drink and still quit exciting. [20091010]

Muddy with a huge beige creamy head. Aroma had yeast, caramel and roastiness. Flavour was sweet and yeasty with caramel, wheat, banana and roasted malt. Not bad for a weet though a bit mild on the flavours.

Bottled. Hazy nutbrown color, medium brownish head. German aroma of some malt, brown sugar. Sweet nutty taste, bit dry and malty.

Viel Kohlensäure, dadurch wird im Antrunk der Geschmack etwas verdeckt. Aber sonst nur Positives: schön fruchtig-hefig und auch Röstmalzaromen fehlen nicht. Ausgewogen und wirklich prima. BTO 2/2006

Bottle, 5.1%. Banana aroma. Cloudy dark brown colour. OK stable tan head. The flavour is roasted, then turns to banana. High carbonation, overshadowing the other flavours a little. Finishes a little dry and somehow unsatisfying.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, amber golden with a beige head. Aroma of caramel, yeast and phenols. Medium body with sweet caramel and some yeast. The finish is dry. But a very decent Dunkle Hefe. 110108

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy brown with a dense off-white head. Light wheaty, caramel and roasted malt aroma. Sweet flavoured, clear note of banana and a light wheaty note. Finish holds a nice roasted note.

Bottle. Golden murky brown, pretty golden cream. Burned caramel, singed paper and spice aroma. Minerallic clay and burning cigarettes which luckily subside. Burned bananapeel retronasal. Maybe it was just this bottle, but I did not enjoy this one...

Bottle: Reddish amber coloured, big fluffy, stable off-white head, hazy; spicy, fruity (citrousy, dry fruit, berries and - as usual - bananas ) nose with a touch of caramel; moderate sweet flavour, a bit acidic too;sweet fruity, almost a bit darkmalty finish. A quite good, full flavoured Weizen....
