Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light grassy hops, cooked corn. Taste is light sweet malt, grassy hops. Light sweet finish.

500ml bottle [courtesy of Gunnar - thanks!]. Clear, yellow-ish golden colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, strawy, malty aroma with some malt spiciness. Taste is pale malty and floral-fruity hoppy, minimally grainy and strawy, a touch of melon and lychee, some malt spiciness. Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, gentle carbonation. Well crafted, very clean and mild, not as strawy as most other Helles'. Pretty good.

Flasche bei Bio Company. Leicht trüb, gelb, etwas Schaum. Aroma: Malz, Gras, Geschmack: Süß, Gras, brotig, etwas nussig. Bitter.

18-10-19 // bottle from local Denns. Clear golden. A solid helles with a herbal hop aroma but mild. Not to sweetish. Hay and grassy.

Auch wenn ich hier etwas gegen den Strom schimmen muss, so bleibe ich dabei: Ich finde dieses Bier nicht schlecht -und das nicht weil es bio ist, sondern einen eigenen charakteristischen Geschmack nach Heu und Wiese zum einfachen Hellen-Geschmack, was mache vielleicht als Fehlaroma deuten mögen. Eine nette Abwechslung mal abseits des Einheitsgeschmacks.

[Munich 2018] 330 ml. bottle – green sampled @ Sigis. Clear golden, soapy white. Nose is soapy, green vegetable & corn. Taste is soapy corn, pepper, sparking, hay, bit vegetable, higher carbonation, passable but not great for sure.

Good for a light lager. Not much to it, a little bitterness stands out, but it's mostly just a crisp light beer. Denn's Dresden
