A blend of one-year spontaneous beer aged for an additional year in port barrels.
The aroma is deep and complex with heavy wood and oak notes with undertones of walnuts, dried apricots, earthy funk and port sweetness. The flavor follows the nose with a strong oak presence with very little tannins and rich port wine character leading into classic funky fruitines supported by a very balanced acidity and rich full-bodied texture.

Hazy, medium head. Earthy nose, port, leather, some woody notes, nice little rounded raisiny port note, soft acidity, pale malt base, this comes together really well.
