Drops bright and gold. I'οΏ½m told the ink drops out during maturation, and the last few pours of a keg are graphite colour. But this one is bright. Medium head. Pear, stone fruit sort of aroma. Tart, wheaty, slightly saline. Nice touch of umami, on a balanced, juicy gose.
