Brewed in collaboration with our good friends at New Avenues for Youth, Action and Consequence was fermented in neutral oak barrels, aged for one year in forty year old Oloroso Sherry barrels, another year in stainless steel, and finally six months in this bottle. A testament to the benefit that comes with age, this beer proves that a little love goes a long way.

Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5.5
Deep gold but sort of dull. No haze, though. No head. Ok this is lactic, acetic and buttery. All the bugs and it comes across too sour and ropey. Barrels are more neutral, this is odd and I'�m not sold on it.
