Brewed with our friend at Strange Fellows Brewing, we experimented with some new ways to jam hop flavour into beer. Using Citra hop kick, a new product that essentially is pure extracted hop deliciousness, and our two new favourite hops, HBC586 and HBC1019, we concocted a classic pale ale with a boost of unusually delicious hop notes ranging from Peach Candies to fresh Guava.

Hazy, yellow, not such a vibrant yellow, though. Thin head. Overripe peaches, some papaya, that sort of hop aroma. Orangey hop taste, soft peach, not much bitterness and the malts are flaccid, but some good hop expression salvages that lack of structure.

Poured from 473mL can. Hazy dull blonde with small white head. Mild tropical and citrus hops, slightly muted, okay.
