In a long overdue return collab we were excited to welcome Three Blind Mice to Northallerton to give our previous brew, Jerboa, the DIPA treatment! Expect a huge amount of papaya, white grape, lemon and lime thanks to the amazing New Zealand Hop Revolution Blend which went down so well previously!

Not only that but we also had the opportunity to work with the team at Lallemand to trial the brand new Lalbrew Pomona Hybrid Yeast! This brilliant yeast amplifies the hops to give a unique and juicy flavour profile with extra notes of Peach, Citrus and Tropical Fruit! The result? One punchy DIPA!

We loved working with Three Blind Mice again and hugely appreciate Lallemand jumping in with Lalbrew Pomona to help crown Jerboa!

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 19/05/2025.
Hazed marmalade orange topped with a lasting creamy white head.
Nose is bitter orange, hop spice, grass, dank notes, guava.
Taste comprises orange squash, pineapple, grass, mandarin, papaya.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy come lightly dankened hop bitterness allied to a mellow boost.
Tidy enough DIPA.

Can. A light haze on this orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft pale malts, quite a forward creamy sweetness. Soft pine. Juicy if slightly ripe citrus, orange, mandarin, touch of tangerine. Soft tropical fruits, possibly some Riwaka in here. Something like a banana like element on the back end. A pleasant dipa if very slightly left field.

A local-ish brewery, new to me, doing a collab with a good Southern one, who you don't see often up here. It's fucking great!
