Nonostante la gradazione è una birra piuttosto secca e dissetante.
Risaltano nell’aroma la frutta secca ed in particolare la pesca e l’albicocca.
Prodotta una volta all’anno in occasione della festa dedicata all’omonimo santo.
Pensata per le scorpacciate natalizie, accompagna bene anche cibi esotici e speziati. 12.3°

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin orange head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of oranges and spices. The flavor is sweet malty with spicy notes of cloves and oregano, combined with notes of fruit.

(Bottle 200 cl) Pours a hazy amber with a creamy, off-white head. Lightly spicy nose with some caramel. Medium-bodied, some caramel malt and accents of ginger. Bitter, hoppy finish. 120506
