A hazy amber-orange beer with a small off-white head. The aroma is light - but what is there is nicely Cascade hops giving it a little citrus hint combined with hints of caramel. The flavor is sweet yet very dry, with quite a bitter finish. The flavor contains notes of hops, grass, citrus, and caramel. To me it is close to an IPA, than a Pale Ale, and it lacks a little sweetness.

(On tap) Hazy amber golden with a small, creamy, off-white head. Very fat, hoppy aroma. Slightly caramelish malt, but the beer is completely dominated by the very dry and crisp aroma hops leaving a solid dose of bitterness. 071005
