(Bottle 75 cl) Very, dark brown, hazy ale with a small, light brown head. Low in carbonation, but not exactly flat. Loads of delicious fruit esters (again) both in aroma and flavours. Very malty and sweetish with only a discreet bitterness. Very strongly Belgian inspired. Brewmaster Casper Vorting claims this to be his attempt at a Christmas beer. 040105
