Bottle 330ml.Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy apple, apple skin, green apples, dry. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long to average duration, dry, apple, thin, apple skin, green apples. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is fizzy. [20130216]

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of gunnfryd. Pours a clear pale yellow with hardly any head. Fresh, dry apple aroma. Medium body, an initial sweetness before the dryness comes creeping in. Pleasant. 160213

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, apples and a hint of sulphur. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 160213

Bottle @ The 4th Annual Fastelavns-Smagning Ulfborg, 2013. Pours clear see through with bubbles on top. Green Apples, barnyard and mild sulphur. Sweet. Really dry finish..

Bottle. Clear very pale yellow with almost no head. Aroma is apples, fruit and a little sulfur. Flavour is apples, little sweet, little dry, fruit, little sugar and a little sulfur.

33 cL bottle. Pours pale yellow with a fully gone head. Aroma is dry apples. Medium sweet, citric and crisp green apples. Citric and medium dry finish. Light aspertam like finish.

330 ml bottle. Pale golden body with a big, foamy white head that disappears rather quick. Not much aroma, hint of apple, some sulfide and acidity. Flavor is weak apple, a bit sweet and some acidity. Short and a bit harsh aftertaste. Mostly boring.

Pours clear pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of yeast, sulfur and apples. Taste is light sweet and light to medium sour with a dry finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.
