Fläschla: Dish-water-like coloured, cloudy, no head to speak of, mild toasty-malty nose with a herbal-hoppy touch; mild to moderate bitter flavour with a light sweetness, light to medium bodied, not soft; lingering bitter finish, some malt detectable plus a very mild acidity; some alk in the aftertaste. What kind of beer did the very creative brewer want to create? Hard to say, sigh…
