We proudly present the BANTHA MILK Berlinerweisse - a May 4th collab between Main St. and Kelowna’s Jackknife Brewing!
A mix of raw wheat and pilsner malt bring forth a pillowy sour base. Blue spirulina conjures up an otherworldly colour, and the addition of coconut, vanilla, fractionalized hop oils and Sabro Lupomax add tart tropical character and quenches your thirst on those dry Tatooine days.

Blue spirulina gives it a blueish-green colour. A few spirulina beers in SE Asia but less common here. Not much head. Tart, with lactose, and a mess of things, random fruits.
