16oz (thx, Chris S.!) @ Ryan's after kids' time. Appearance: cloudy golden with a white head, Aroma: very dank, juicy, with some booze notes, and a bit of boiled onions on the back. Taste: along the same lines, quite boozy, but it's also very juicy and fruity which helps with the alcohol kick. The amazingly fruity aftertaste moves to the tropical fruit bitterness afterward. Overall: nice and complex, but a bit too boozy for me, though.

Hazy and pale, medium head. Aroma of allium and alcohol, not shocking but I'm finding it a bit dull. Some peach and rambutan, guava a bit, but there's nothing that really grabs me.

Draught at Superflux, Vancouver
Cloudy yellow colour, medium head. The aroma is dank, and fruity, tropical. Moderately sweet, full bodied, creamy; the malt base is not missing, like in most Hazies, instead it's quite bready; the hops are very juicy, and dank too; some hopburn provides balance; this may feel more bitter than other Third Moon QIPA from cans.
Third Moon Quadruple IPAs are a safe bet, as usual; delicious.

June 06, 2025 (7/4/7/4/15): Poured from 473mL can (pkg Jan 15, 2025): Deep orangey gold with small white head. Boozy, citrus hops, oniony allium, far and away prefer the 2023 version.

Nov 07, 2023 (8/4/9/4/17=4.2): poured from 473mL can (asked beerplace to try again in can to compare; canned 30/Aug/2023). Cloudy yellow with white head. Creamy tropical hops with a hint of hop burn. Did enjoy it a tiny bit more on tap more (maybe it was fresher, maybe it was the serving method, maybe it was just my palate that day), but still really enjoying this. Quite nice.

Sept 24, 2023 (8/4/9/5/17=4.3): Poured from the tap @ Superflux. Cloudy yellow gold with small white head. Juicy papaya and stone fruit hops. Excellent.
