Multiple year barrel fermented blended wild ale, aged on whole fruit bing cherries for eight months. These cherries are grown on the slopes above Lake Chelan by our friends at Diamondback Acres. Then rested on Lime Zest from Funky Farmer Ralphs Limes.

Pale cherry colour and hazy. Lots of lime and a little bit of cherry on the nose. Similar palate, earthy, robust.

Poured from the tap. Hazy golden orange with small white head. More lime forward than I thought it would be with gentle cherry in the background. Decent, but could dial back the lime a touch and dial up the cherry a touch.
